Rules & Regulations

  1. Hostel rooms are equipped with furniture & fittings. Students must return them in good condition at the end of session.
  2. Any damage caused will be recovered at double cost. If not identified, charges will be shared among all inmates.
  3. Students are responsible for their own belongings. Avoid keeping cash, valuables, or gadgets in rooms.
  4. Rooms must be locked properly when leaving. Students should handle their keys carefully.
  5. Private electrical equipment and tampering with hostel fittings is strictly prohibited.
  6. Joining the hostel mess is mandatory. Dining inside rooms is not allowed except with warden’s permission.
  7. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and possession of weapons are strictly prohibited. Violation leads to rustication.
  8. No student can leave the hostel without prior permission of the warden.
  9. Roll call is mandatory every day at the scheduled time.
  10. Parents/visitors may meet students only with warden’s permission before 7:00 pm. Visitors cannot stay in hostel rooms.
  11. Mutual exchange of hostel rooms without warden’s approval is not allowed.
  12. Students must follow dress codes: uniform during school hours, decent attire after school.
  13. Parents are advised not to provide junk food or mobiles to other children.
  14. Male visitors are prohibited from entering the girls’ hostel and vice versa.
  15. Institute is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft of belongings.
⚠️ Note: The deposited course fee is non-refundable. Pending fees must be cleared before leaving the institution.
